So I have been working with my husband on a few fitness games that I hope will be successful. The first one I have been working on is called: ‘Toxic Temptation.’ This is a workout that is meant to be played on a treadmill with a friend and is a very different workout than the ones I have done before. In this workout you will find that your muscles will burn more calories than any other workouts before.
I think it’s the cardio that seems to be the big draw for people. I have never heard anyone complain about the cardio. I think it comes down to the fact that people aren’t used to it and it might be intimidating. On the other hand, the strength training seems like the best thing for a newbie to do, and you can do it outside.
I think your body has a hard time making any claims on doing a workout where you put all your muscles into one area. It’s like someone is going to put all their weight in one spot. I think it’s more important to find an area where you can put all your muscles into one spot. Because you need to use the whole body, not just one part of the body.
You should probably put your whole body into one spot so you don’t have to work your butt off. I know. I should have just said that.
